It looks like someone sitting on a bird...could be someone from Greek Mythology, I haven't read the stories in a long time, so... If it is someone from mythology, I would've known awhile ago, just not now that I'm trying to get through my summer reading list. :) If I come across anything, I'll let you know. :)
